I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were not only neat and clean but also very spacious; being upgraded to an Executive room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's superb location near Santiago Bernabéu made it even better. The only downside was the somewhat long wait for the room after a tiring journey.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the welcome experience was not ideal due to a broken toilet door. The location was perfect for attending events at the Bernabéu stadium and accessing transportation, yet the overall stay was below average.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the elevators which was handy, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfy, offering a great view. However, it felt a bit shabby and stuffy at times. The service was very attentive and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location was great for visiting the football stadium, but it was relatively far from other points of interest. The dining experience was good, although a bit expensive compared to other options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is extremely close to the Bernabeu stadium, making it perfect for football fans and attendees of events at the stadium. The rooms were not quite up to our expectations regarding availability of doubles after 10:30 pm, but the staff and elevators were accommodating. Despite this, the hotel's location is excellent for football happenings at the Bernabeu stadium and accessing the airport conveniently.
The hotel was really big, but I was disappointed that they said the rooms were fully booked, leaving me with no choice but a double occupancy. The complimentary water was a nice touch. However, the room was not cleaned to my satisfaction.
