I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were not only neat and clean but also very spacious; being upgraded to an Executive room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's superb location near Santiago Bernabéu made it even better. The only downside was the somewhat long wait for the room after a tiring journey.

The rooms were not quite up to our expectations regarding availability of doubles after 10:30 pm, but the staff and elevators were accommodating. Despite this, the hotel's location is excellent for football happenings at the Bernabeu stadium and accessing the airport conveniently.
